It also carries out due diligence prior to business acquisition or transfer, and deals with all related contractual issues. It advises companies on all aspects of company law, including mergers and acquisitions.
It drafts information and prepares documents for filing with the stock exchange regulatory authorities.
The department also specializes in procedural aspects of commercial law and the registration of title in public registers.
